Freeport YMCA Healthy Kids Day!

10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.

This is a FREE event!  

What's going on at the event:

- Outdoor obstacle course

- 50-yard-dash for all kids age 3 and older

- Informative displays for healthy eating provided by local organizations

- Sample and take home healthy recipes

- Pecatonica Paddlers (Kayaking)

- Freeport Art Museum

- FHN

- U of I Extension - Master Gardener

- U of I Extension - Nutrition

- Freeport High School Tennis

- Youth Archery provided by Indian Trail Archery

And of course....

CHOM! :)

Come out and see us.  We'll have some neat hands-on activities, as well as staff on hand to answer all your questions.  There will be volunteer sign up opportunities as well.
